Whew!

I just flew in from Denver, and boy, are my arms tired!

I just ate an entire cherry cheesecake, and my mouth is so sore I can hardly move.

I am just now recovering from YarnClubApalooza on Saturday.

Ah, the truth is easily seen, is it not?

Even with two assistants, getting all the yarn club packages out was a challenge, but a good one, and I hope the results were worth it for all my dear club members.

Let's see, what's new around these parts? My sweet friend and talented graphic designer, Colleen, is coming for a visit from California tomorrow morning. She's designed all three of my sites: the one you're reading now (Yarnista.com), my Three Irish Girls site, and also Yarn Love. I haven't seen her in a couple of years -- it will be good to catch up.

Also, I have some Cormac instock tonight, in case you're interested: It's here.

And a pic, so you can have a little look-see.

Did you know The Cheesecake Factory are selling slices of their cheesecake for $1.50 on July 30th to celebrate their 30th anniversary? THey are also releasing a new limited edition flavor - Chocolate Cake Cheesecake.

Also, I love my sock yarnista shipment. It makes me giddy with joy.

Aw! I'm so sorry I have to miss a visit with Colleen! Boo! Colleen does fantastic work! I hope you both have a wonderful time on her visit!

I loved my sock yarnista shipment too! In fact I was so overcome with the wonderful yarn fumes that I took out the surprise goodies and sniffed them without thinking about the fact that those types of containers usually pose a problem for me. In fact it took me almost two full days to figure out why I was covered in hives.

But, I love the yarn so much (and the extras were a great idea)! Thanks for all the hard work.

I love the Cormac color, so far on Springvale (my, I love that yarn) the best so far. I wonder what it would look like on Galenos Merino??? Lovely.
