time's up! How does this make you feel?
How does this picture make you feel?
Happy? Hypoglycemic?
Twitchy? Tragic?
Wistful? Wishy-washy?
What?
Tell you what: you leave a comment here telling me how this picture makes you feel, and I'll enter you in a drawing for a skein of one of our new fall colorways.
No, I can't post a picture of it -- it will ruin the surprise!
Really, I cannot.
You have until Thursday morning at 10:00 Central Time to enter. I will draw a winner at random, and send you a skein of yarn for free, no catch.
Just because. Because I am a nice Yarnista.
Can't wait to read your responses!
P.S. I'm looking for two little boys to model for our fall catalog: one should be a size 6-9 months, and the other a 2T-3T. Free 8x10 prints for mama in exchange for your help. It will not take long, I promise!
P.S.S. Workshop and trunk show this Sunday at The Yarn Spot in Wheaton, MD! The workshop is full, but the trunk show is free and open to everyone -- it will run from 4-6 pm.
P.S.S.S. (Who does P.S.S.S.'s? Me? Only me?) I'm having a workshop here at the studio on October 30th! Watch this space for more details, or drop me a line using the Contact Us button if you're interested.

It makes me feel nostalgic.
Crisp and anticipatory! If our winters were dry, sunny, flaky snow kinds of days, I'd be thrilled. Here, it'd be grey and very, very wet, but it gives us our green Oregon summers, so it's a decent trade...and I can drive to snow! :)
Shivery-cosy!
Cold---the icy blue and the fallen pine cone remind me of fall.
224 comments!! Does that tell you anything about how loved your colors are?
Like it is a cool crisp fall morning, with frost on the ground. Brrrrr. :)
Actually it makes me feel cheerful and alive! Love the color.
The first snowfall of the year. Just enough to cover the ground. It will melt later in the day. My husband has laughed at me for years when I go outside and say, "It smells like it's going to snow today."
Brrr, crisp, cold winter air. And soooo ready for the summer weather to move out of DC!
Such a beautiful picture. When I see that picture I have the feeling you get when you eat a Wintergreen Lifesaver, then drink cold water!
Chill. The cool, icy blue and the frost (?) on the pine-cone evoke the chill of fall air to me.
It makes me feel like quitting my job and knitting all day long, even if I have to starve,,,
Like fall is coming, and I wish I could have some in my life!
It makes me feel crisp. As in, a beautiful winter day, the sun is shining, there is snow on the ground and I am walking through the woods in the crunchy snow with my very bright mittens on, and they are making me smile.
Joyful!
Tingly with anticipation of the cold weather that's coming. I can hear the laughter of my daughter & her friends as they pelt me with snowballs.
It makes me feel warm and ooey gooey. Mittens make me happy. Means tome to knit more!
Refreshed!
Hungry for mint chocolate ice-cream ...
Makes me feel like I'm in Narnia. :)
