*time's up!* I want you to have this.
*Time's up!* Winner will be announced shortly...
Really, I want each and every one of you to have this.
Unfortunately, I don't have 30,000 of them, I only have one.
It's a rainbow mini skein set. One ounce each of our nine new spring colorways: Brandy Alexander, Cosmo, Mimosa, Creamsicle, Mojito, Agua Vida, Curaçao, Ice Blue Raspberry, and Passion Punch. That's 2-1/4 skeins of yarn.
These sets are pretty irresistible, and the possibilities are endless. You can use them to make stripes, you can use just a couple of colorways together at a time, you can use them for trim, for contrasting heels and toes, or for a project that requires small blocks of color.
I would LOVE to see a log cabin pillow top, or a chevron scarf with skinny color changes. I would ADORE seeing a sweet striped sweater for a little one. It would THRILL me if someone made these into knee socks or a stocking cap.
The set I'm giving away is dyed on Springvale Sport, which can be knit like a heavy fingering weight for socks, or as a true sport weight for sweaters and scarves and such. It's delishy and squishy.
Don't mind me and my made up adjectives.
These sets are currently available only through retailers, but here's your chance to win one.
To enter, please leave a comment describing what you would do with this set if you won. I will use a random number generator to select a winner tomorrow, Wednesday, May 26th, at 1:00 pm, Central Time. The winner will be posted here. One entry per person, please.
Good luck!

I have been on this Dipped Infinity Scarf kick lately. I think these would make a gorgeous Rainbow Dipped Infinity Scarf ;-)
My friend and neighbour had a baby girl yesterday, born at 33 weeks. Just 4 lbs 8 oz. So I'm one of those who would be making a cheery baby blanket.
Most definatly a pair of striped knee socks, mismatched solid heels and toes.
I would incorporate them into a blanket. I have 2 baby blankets to make and I think the colors would work wonderfully.
Oh, I love love love these! I would make a shawl for sure!!
I think these would look wonderful as a log cabin blanket!
my little sister is due to have a little boy, and for part of her baby present i wanted to make her an adorable bright pram blanket!

I'd improvise a colorwheel baby blanket with Brandy Alexander as border.
I´d use these to make a fun and colorful bag, perfect for spring.
I'm very inspired by Alice in Wonderland at the moment, so maybe a couple of pairs of fingerless gloves (like Alice wears in the film) or a really great tea cosy set! They are *gorgeous*!
baby things for the pregnant ER staff where I work.... 18 baby blankets the last time someone spiked the water.......
I would use them to make a textured snuggle blanket for my little boy who is disabled, he looooooves touchy feely things, I imagine a rainbow with each colour kntted differently to make it feel and look amazing for him!!

I would make a beautiful entrelac scarf for a special relative or friend! And while knitting i'll decide who (I'm in the lucky circumstance to have a large loving family and many very dear friends) I'm going to surprise with it!
Kind greetings! And .. keep up the good work, cause your blog is always inspiring!
This would make gorgeous hair on a handmade cloth doll!!! Beautiful combination.
I would make something for baby:)
I'd love to have the set to make myself a neat hat and matching fingerless mitts set.
I have to have brain aneurysm repair surgery next month and will have to have my head shaved bald in the process.
A beautiful colorful hat would be awesome!
Thanks Sharon!
I'd make a blanket for our youngest (she's almost three) in celebration of our soon-to-be completed adoption of her!!!
Fair Isle socks or a double knit scarf, hard to decide.
I would love to make a colorwork scarf!
